Weekly Update December 3, 2012

CLWR (Canadian Lutheran World Relief) November collection items: sets of 10 un-sharpened pencils, a sharpener and an eraser. The collection bucket is outside of Ms. Meilleur's door.

Please also remember Rehimet, our Compassion Canada sponsor child. We would like to collect $1.00/month from the students. If it is easier to bring it as one lump sum, please do so.

ELA--Students have completed Unit 2 of our Short Stories unit they begin Unit 3, but will complete this unit in the new year.  Students will be working on their creative writing Christmas Story and a Christmas Novel until Christmas break.

Math--Gr. 7--Students finished Ch. 4. They will work on Ch. 5 Probability until Christmas Break.

Math--Gr. 8--Students will complete Ch. 4 and have a test on Tuesday.  They will be working on Ch. 5--Surface Area until Christmas Break.

SS--Students have completed Ch. 2 and will begin working on Ch. 3 on Interaction.

Science--Students are working on final projects with their unit.

French--The Twelve Days of Christmas.
